One of my biggest dilemma's is what to fix for dinner. I either don't have anything planned, or thawed out, or I am just stuck in a rut; this year I plan to change that. Once a week I will post 5 main dishes recipes. I will try one new recipe a week in hopes of expanding the kid-friendly meals my kids will eat and decrease the number of nights I cook a meal for the kids and a different one for the adults. I hope in return that you will also share some of your favorite meals too.

I am a stay at home mom of two elementary age children and frequently don't know what to feed my family of four. My children are somewhat "picky" and I am always looking for new ideas for dinner, and get tired of the same old things. I try to be health conscious and do not care for artificial sweeteners or over use of pesticides, and I buy organic or locally grown foods when possible.
